Our Story

Since opening in July 2016, we have been able to connect with and rent to over 480 plus tenants through our innovative and affordable adult shared houses.  We have teamed up with our incredible homeowners who understand the need for nice, affordable and safe housing in our community.   We have tenants from all walks of life (both men and women) who rent rooms in our homes including; professionals, teachers, nurses, military, retirees and even those who are experiencing homelessness.  We are committed to continuing to provide exceptional, affordable and safe housing to people who will want to "stay awhile and call this home."
